Excel Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic Chef to join our expanding team. Are you ready for an improved work life balance? We have flexible shifts in top catering establishments in Belfast.

This Job offers:

• Full flexibility in a working week
• Excellent rate of pay £16 to £18 per hour
• Daytime/ Weekday/ Weekends shifts all available

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to
• Ensure all food produced meets the highest standards
• Ensure all staff are complying with HACCP system
• Ensure that all relevant control procedures are in place to deliver accurate production records and effective waste management

Requirements:

• 2 + Years' working as a Chef
• Professional qualifications desirable but not essential
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP systems
• Ability to act on own initiative
• Extensive knowledge of food standards and presentation skills

The ideal candidate is an experienced chef that excels in the kitchen. You are a good team player who enjoys working with people and strives for high standards in the kitchen.
